We don't rehabilitate animals and send them somewhere else. We bring them home and they stay here fur the rest of their lives.
Lakeshore Animal Rescue is a private sanctuary in Carriere, Mississippi. No adoption applications. No foster program. No rehoming. Just a house on a lake, two people who can't say no, and a pack of dogs along with a cat who have figured out exactly where they belong.
We're not good at rehoming. So we stopped trying.
We're two people who can't say no. Ten dogs, soon to be eleven (maybe twelve), and a cat... A fenced lakefront yard in Carriere, Mississippi. And a nonprofit that exists because every animal that comes here stays here. If that's the kind of rescue you want to support, we'd be grateful.
